SELECTED PROJECTS
Asbury Park Convention Hall and Paramount Theater, Asbury Park, NJ. Associate Architect. Participated in the continuing
    redevelopment of the Asbury Park Boardwalk, including the 2009 structural conditions survey, terra cotta and brick
    façade inspection; and the 2010 comprehensive structural assessment.  Responsibilities included the preparation of
    construction documents and repair drawings. This project is ongoing and the buildings are listed on the National
    Register of Historic Places.
Asbury Park Casino & Carousel, Asbury Park, NJ. Associate Architect. Drafted the structural details and existing conditions
    of the Casino arcade.  Assisted with the preparation the Casino Arcade Demolition and Stabilization documents.  This
    project is ongoing and the building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Barclay Farmstead, Cherry Hill, NJ. Project Architect. Responsibilities included a comprehensive assessment of the building,       recommendations for the repair of the exterior envelope, and interior spaces that have been damaged from chronic     water infiltration.  Construction documents were prepared for the repair of the existing standing seam metal roof.      The Barclay Farmstead is listed on the State and National Register of Historic Places.
Eastern State Penitentiary, Philadelphia, PA. Associate Architect. Work performed on this site includes the preparation of
    construction documents for plaster repair and restoration, wall inspection and the long-term roofing renovations.  The
    Eastern State Penitentiary is currently under consideration for a World Heritage Site nomination.
FDR Park Maintenance Building, Philadelphia, PA. Associate Architect. Responsibilities included revisions to the
    construction drawings documenting the addition of restroom facilities as well as to additional interior structural
    renovations in the FDR Park Maintenance Building.  This building is listed as a contributing building to the historic
    district of FDR Park.
3444 Penn Street, Philadelphia, PA. Project Manager. Responsibilities included the documentation, analysis and repair     recommendations for chronic water staining and leaking on the front façade of this historically designated property.
