Working with Wesley Architects, S. Harris & Co. provided preservation engineering services for the project to rehabilitate 100 Market Street.  The owner was seeking to have this project qualify for Federal Historic Preservation Tax Credits, necessitating an extensive understanding and careful consideration of the historic fabric.  This project was successfully completed by S. Harris & Co. in 2006.
