Harris & Co. was hired to provide professional architectural services for the
renovation of a private residence. The project included a roof inspection
and assessment; investigation of any interior problems or conditions;
generating measured drawings, design documents, construction documents, details
and specifications; interior finishes and details selection assistance and
specification; construction administration, job meetings, and providing answers
to all contractor questions; punch listing site to remedy any defects or
imperfections in construction details; delivery of as-built documentation; and
delivery of digital photograph collection of construction before, during, and
after. Below, on the top is the existing layout of the first floor and on
the bottom is S. Harris & Co.'s proposed design.
